This notice explains how Sublab Ventures Ltd handles enquiries and optional website analytics on sublabventures.com. Last updated 15 October 2026.
Who to contact
Sublab Ventures Ltd operates this website. For questions about your information or to exercise a privacy right, email contact@sublabventures.com.
Enquiries
If you use the contact form or email us, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, email address, organisation, enquiry type and message. We use them to respond and manage the conversation. This is in our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries, or to take steps you request before a potential contract. The form sends your message to our business email; it is not used to add you to marketing emails automatically.
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to answer it and manage any resulting relationship, then review it for deletion. Hosting and email providers may process the information to deliver these services.
Optional analytics
With your consent, our first-party analytics helps us understand use of this website. It stores a visitor ID in your browser’s local storage and a session ID in session storage. It can record page views, referring pages, outbound link clicks, scroll depth, form-submission events and site errors. The form event records that a form was submitted, not the contents of its fields. Event records also include technical details such as browser, device type and hashed IP address and user agent. We use this information to improve the website and do not use it for advertising profiles.
Analytics is off until you select Accept analytics. Your choice is remembered in a first-party cookie for 180 days. You can change it at any time through Privacy choices in the footer. Rejecting or withdrawing consent stops future analytics and removes the analytics IDs from this browser. It does not automatically erase records already collected; contact us if you want to make a deletion request. The current analytics retention setting is 395 days.
Other technical data and external sites
Our hosting provider may process connection information, such as an IP address, to deliver and secure the site. The site also uses a small amount of browser storage needed for ordinary features and preferences. Links to product, workshop or demonstration sites take you to separate services with their own privacy practices.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, object to processing where applicable, or withdraw analytics consent through the footer control. Email contact@sublabventures.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
